Druva Customer Portal

The Druva customer portal was in need of a refresh. The redesign created a destination for self-serve support and a network for the Druva customer community.

The objectives of the redesign were to: keep search and other self-serve support tools prominent, increase visibility for latest product announcements and news, and add a sense of community. The previous portal, seen below, was too static and text-heavy with limited navigation.

Before the redesign

The portal redesign included a prominent slider for announcements and community boards with profile photos to add a human element. Additionaly, a large prominent search bar and visual shortcuts to main support resources allowed for better navigation to answer support questions.

Additionaly, the portal framework was re-designed for mobile responsiveness. Considering the need for easy access, portal content was re-organized for quick on-the-go mobile viewing.
